New Lenses! Angelic Bambi Eye: Grey! (Drawing Challenge: Day 5)

Hi! Hi!
I bought some new lenses awhile ago and they have finally arrived!
Originally I purchased two but I'm saving the other ones for later as I bought those ones with a particular occasion in mind.
I had wanted to try this particular range for a while now actually...
It's the Angelic Eye Range. They are new on HoneyColor but I don't know who else carries them?
But when I saw them I knew I wanted them.
(I originally held off for a while because they were new and had no reviews,)
I had originally complained when I bought these and put them in the lenses case saying they looked really colourless...?
Here I'll show you a picture.
Note: I mucked around with the saturation a bit to make it more vivid. But as you can see... they are very... well...
what's the word I'm looking for? Pale? Colourless? Bland? I'm not sure... but I was kinda disappointed when I saw them?
But I decided to try them in the eye anyways.
Because you know. I did pay for them.
I'm glad too say. I'm happy to be proven wrong/
I really like these in the eye.
They are 14.5mm so they are enlarging and with the detailed black rim they really add to the eye and make them look much larger. (YAY!)
And the light brown with the grey really adds a nice gradation to the eye so it doesn't look fake. (If you have brown eyes, and lots of depth if you have lighter eyes,)
These are just really pretty.
The other other lenses I wear right now are Beaucon Jewel and they are a 'solid' gradation of colour so these are completely different.

Anyhoo. See for yourselves.

Please ignore how ugly my eyes are without make up.
Top one is one eye - see how enlarging it is?!
And see what a difference both makes too the eye?
Nice huh!?
I took these in natural lighting and obviously, in Australia it's really sunny outside so... I did take some flash...

They are nice right!?
They are obviously very vivid in bright lighting and the grey is much more obvious.
(No lower lashes because I was in a rush to get ready and stuffed up that eye area, I need more practice,)

But they are so nice and they are super comfy too.

Random question; when you wear eye lenses for the very first time (I mean any new lenses) does it hurt your eyes? The first 2-3 times I've tried lenses they hurt my eyes or not hurt... but I can feel them, I guess is a better way of saying it. But after a few wears this feeling goes away and I have no discomfort what-so-ever.
But yes, let me know if you have that feeling or anyways to get over it if there's such a thing. Aha.

Important Info:

Diameter: 14.5mm
Base Curve: 8.6
Water Content: 45%
Disposal: One year

Overall:
These lenses are comfortable and enlarging.
I love the design and the colour but these are best saved for flash photography or days outside on  a sunny day if you want the colour too show up.

I of course got mine from Honeycolor. When you purchase these they also come with a free animal lenses case.
As shown above ^.^ I got two elepahants this time and they are so cute! I almost like them more than my piggy one.

But I think that's all for this post, I just wanted to show one of the new lenses I got and I hope you liked them.
(l also bought some eyelashes because I can't help myself here's one of the new ones I got simply because I was curious about the pattern of these! I hope I like them as much as number 14)

And also, because I'm too lazy to make a new post for day 5...

It was draw your best friend and I'm like... I dunno who to draw so... I drew something to imply friendship... TEA!
XD
Okay!
Byyeee!

(P.S. Please let me know if I'm doing an okay job reviewing things, I would like too improve and learn more so... yes! Let me know where I can improve or what  I should include, because I am still learning okay!)

Tra La La

Hi! Hi!

I was a bit bored today and was browsing Tralala online store. I found this set a while ago and have been thinking about it ever since.

It's so cute!! I really love the red one! But I got this one;
The green because I think I'm gonna wear this on Christmas day! XD
(I'm being organized,)
(shhh,)
(And it's on sale right now!)
- Can I just mention how much I love that you can buy the sets online? Like the bottom and the top? Makes choosing an outfit so easy because it's already done for you plus I think it's cheaper to buy sets as well because companies often offer discounts or cheaper prices for doing so. Save money AND time! Yes. This is good.
I really like Tralala - not as much as Liz Lisa of course but I like the look of a lot of their things. I found this dress I liked but I decided to miss this time.
I bought two other things (all on sale!) and I'll show them too you when the parcel arrives. (And now I will for real start saving for my holiday next year...)
Okay!
Now tell me how you're going.
Bye!

Shopping day!

Hi! Hi!
welcome back!

Today was a super nice day out so I went shopping with a dear friend!
(Actually the main goal of today was to go to Timezone and play games - which we did and it was a lot of fun!! They got a new game and it's like DDR but it's with your hands and you press the buttons in time, it's a lot of fun! My friend and I are now very obsessed with it too say the least)
But yeah, we went to the city to go shopping since my friend wanted to buy another friend a present for her birthday and I wanted to pick up a few bits and bobs...
(We got the other girl the coolest present, btw, it was a large black skull container and now my friend is gonna fill it with candy!)
I wish I had a photo of it.
So I found one online
It's really cool!
Perfect for Halloween right?
(We don't really celebrate Halloween here though TT_TT)
But yeah!
I bought too many things today.
Like THIS;

I got this from Typo as well! It's so cute. I like the picture in it but I really wanna put pictures of my friends in it. They had this in black as well, but I preferred this. It was a little pricey but it matches the other one I have so well, I couldn't resist...

And then we went to The Face Shop, where I found these!! (I am so excited for these!)

Ohmygosh, you guys, these nail polish removers smell so nice...
I didn't know nail polish remover couldn't smell not like nail polish remover so these are amazing!
The pink one smells like berries and the purple like lavender, and together they both cost AUD$7!
I normally pay like AUD$5 for one bottle alone!
I haven't tried these yet but if they work well, I will be stocking up since they smell nice and are cheap.
(I actually am not in any need of nail polish remover since I just bought one but did I mention these smell nice?!)
Also, when I was in The Face Shop, I saw their Angel Skin foundation line and I'm interested in looking at it again.
I wasn't sold today because I would want to use up more of my other foundations and things first but they all look so good.
The powder is so incredibly soft too.

Then we went to an accessories store called Lovisa. I really like Lovisa! I bought a few things from there too...
I bought this necklace. I feel like I have a story for everything... sigh. But this one looks like the J.Crew necklace. I wouldn't pay that much for the real one because it's very expensive but I must admit I did like it! It's just so big and bright! But I saw this candy coloured one in Lovisa and it was love. I'm a sucker for baby colours as I'm sure you've all figured out by now and I knew I wanted it.
This one was AUD$16 which I thought was quite reasonable for such a big necklace normally you would look at 19+ for something like this from Lovisa anyways.
(The J.Crew one was I think AUD$60 as well, I believe so I am more than happy with this one,)

This is Rose Quartz. I really love Rose Quartz. It's on a long chain and it's actually very sparkly. I almost wish I got the jade one as well but it was a bit pricey. This cost more than the big necklace! Isn't that silly? But I guess it's 'semi precious' they can charge more for it.
And then I also got this. I love bows! I thought it looks more like a mini bow tie! It was like AUD$6 or something so not that pricey.

And I got Popteen as well. I know it's the Taiwanese version but I just look at the pictures anyways so it doesn't bother me!

Then lunch, I got a Mediterranean Chicken Kebab. It was alright. I don't know if it was the healthiest choice but I don't think it was the unhealthiest...?

And then I went to a store called Chimomo where they sell Japanese fashion items including Liz Lisa!
I'm not sure how they get it in as they usually only get one of each item but I'm happy I can buy it in a store.
I think they charge more than the actual store but considering I don't have to pay shipping I think it's reasonably priced if that makes sense?
I really like this shop! It's very cute looking and clean and the staff are nice too!
I found these! The sales assistant was wearing the green ones... They are so cute! High wasted shorts. But look! They have ribbons on them! You can leave them loose and zipped up or tie it in a bow and unzip it or untied and unzipped or whatever!
But how cute are these?! I love how unique they are!
The store only had one but I love that! I'm the only one in my city with these! I also tired on another pair of shorts which I thought I would like more but I liked these! How strange right?!
They were quite pricey I think for shorts and I already have orange high wasted shorts from Forever New as well but still- Look at the bows!
(Basically I really didn't need these but I loved them too much not to get them!)
(And the other FN ones are really much brighter, these are a burnt orange so they are not exactly the same... I swear!)
They even have cute charms on them! Like seriously. I think this is why everyone liked Japanese fashion so much, it's the little things you can't see but still add cuteness.

So while I was in the store, I just grabbed this to try on? I was showing my friend the shorts and I just grabbed a Liz Lisa dress I don't know why and I tried it on and... well... wow...
I think I found my 'Princess' Dress because that's what I felt like in this.
I don't even normally like white dresses! So yeah! Do not regret this. It's so nice it's light and comfortable but still heavy enough to keep you warm. I love this so so so much!
Bow on the bodice and pearl/Chain detail! It's so nice! I am in love with this. Can I get married in this?

I love it that much.

Also, I ran into a Liz Lisa Lover in that shop... I wish I had asked her for her blog or twitter or something :( Regrets.

Okay! That was everything I bought I believe! I'll leave you with a pic of me!

I think I need to work on contouring! -_-'

Sorry about the heart... I had a funny smile there... or well... my teeth looked funny to be exact. XD

My outfit for the day!
Liz Lisa Cardigan
Tokyo Fashion Dress
Forever New Belt.
PG Beauty Bag
Shoes... They are old. I don't know. -_-'

Okay... that is all for this ridiculously long post!
Byeee!

Eyelash Review: Jealousness.

Hi! Hi!

Today I would like to review these eyelashes from PrettyandCute!

How cute is this packaging?!? It's so pink and girly!

These eyelashes are great value in my opinion because there's eight pairs in here! This is good news if you like the lashes...
Slightly bad news if you don't like them!
These cost $12.50USD a packet so it works out to $1.50 each.
So I think that's fairly reasonable.
I know you can buy cheaper eyelashes on ebay for even less than that but I like branded things most of the time... XD
(Not that there's anything wrong with Ebay)

Close ups!

These lashes look dramatic in the packet but are really quite lengthening in real life! I find these lashes really comfortable as well! I wore them for about 8 hours and I felt fine. Sometimes I find poorly made lashes don't last that long or they are uncomfortable and sometimes even heavy on the eyes. These are perfect.
Completely worth it in my opinion and I think I'll be buying more from in brand in future when I finish off some more lashes, seriously guys, I have so many now... -_-'
Only there is one downside, in real life I swear these don't look 'glossy' but...
in pictures and under flash they appear almost like wire even....
see?
SEE??????
But yeah, in real life not so bad...
Okay!
That's all!!!
Bye guyssss!

Anime : Umi Monogatari

Otherwise known as Umi Monogatari : Anata ga Ite Kureta Koto (which translates to; things that you can have me? I used Google Translate and I doubt that's right... anyone wanna help me!)

This is the description of the series;
Under the sea, two mermaid sisters by the name of Marin and Urin are enjoying their life devoting full time to floating. When one day, a ring falls from the surface and into Marin's hands. She wants to find the ring's owner and return it, and takes Urin along for the ride. It's then that they run into Kanon Miyamori, a young priestess who's about to get involved in a series of events neither she nor the sisters could've planned for when Urin ends up unleashing Sedna, an evil force intent on shrouding the world in darkness. This is what prompts Marin and Kanon to become the Priestess of the Sea and Sky.

I found this series from  this blog.

I have been watching this on and off for quite a while now but since I have recently gotten back into Community, I have re watched this lovely anime as well. (Making it my goal for the week to finish BOTH series!)

It was made a few years ago and is only 12 episodes long, it's just a really sweet, simple cute anime.  The music in this series is what got me through the first few episodes because I loved the music in it!

You can just type it in google and find it, but I watched the first 8 episodes of Veoh and the rest of animefreak.tv :/ but you can watch the whole thing on anime freak ^.^
Actually Animefreak is pretty good only one ad (unlike Crunchyroll wtf... so many ads okay!?) And it's pretty fast plus can switch between Sub and Dub quite easy too!

I don't consider myself a huge anime nerd but I do really like Anime and I especially love Manga.
But if you like your Anime short and sweet and very cute and can live with the sub titles then you will like this Anime a lot ^.^
Okay! That's all!
I'm gonna go watch Princess Tutu now! (And more community!)

Jill Stuart Summer Travel Set

I'm going to make a quick post on this set I purchased from Yestyle a while ago (but actually received a few days ago,)

I haven't really used or tested these products but I'd thought I'd review it anyways in case someone out these was interested in in and wanted to know more about it...

This set is limited edition so if you are interested, I got mine from Yesstyle
Here is is in it's pretty pretty box!

It comes in this 'beach bag-Spa bag' The Beach bag is the clear silver chained bag and the spa one is the pale pink fabric. It's very very pretty! Not as big as I was hoping especially for the price of this set but it's still nice and I will still use it. I probably won't use it as a beach bag however.

Okay, okay, bad picture but camera ran out of battery but at least it's clear right!?
-I will get better at taking photos by practicing, okay!? -
The body Jelly and the Body Protector is 50mL while the other shower Gel is 85mL so very small - good for travel since it is the travel set. It all smells really good! Fairly floral and girly yet still light and clean. The product in front lying down is the  lip essence UV and it's really good! It has spf 18 which is nice and smells good, not sticky and lasts ages. Brilliant.

I really like the package, if you have somewhere to go you're really lucky and you'll like this set, or if you're like me and a sucker for Jill Stuart Sets (this is my second one this year) then you'll enjoy it!

Every girl deserves to be pampered every once in a while.

See you later!

Liz Lisa Haul

Okay! I found my camera cord... phew!
Anyways, I promised I would share what I bought from Liz Lisa... right!?
I'll try and take an outfit of the day with them when I do wear them... but for now here they are!
I bought this dress, after eyeing the orange for a long time... but I chose the pink at the last minute, the bow is actually detachable, and you can take it off and put it anywhere you like! Or leave it off, if that's how you like it! There is a concealed zipper and it's very comfortable. On me, however... it's a little shorter than what I would like but I can still wear it, I'll just have to be careful where I wear it.

How cute are these shorts?!?! Omg, I love them! I originally wanted them in pink but they were sold out... so I got this pair, online, it says it's a yellow-green but in real life, they are definitely a mint green! When I first got these I was super disappointed I didn't like the texture of these at all and I thought they fit too small...
But I tried them on again and they do fit better than I remembered and the texture doesn't bother me at all so I don't really know what I was thinking? But yeah, I really like these, they even have the 'shorts' under them, so you can be comfy and cute!
Forgot to add - the jumper is from Forever New and it's realllllllyyyy soft!
I took a picture wearing them!

I bought this inkyami in yellow, I would have preferred pink - obviously, but it was sold out, I think this was the only colour left!? But I really love it! It's the softest cutest baby lemon yellow. This is a really nice (what I would call a singlet,) inkyami the shiny lace over the chest is really pretty and the straps are nice as well, not adjustable which is good because I like the look with out it. What makes the Liz Lisa inkyami's special is the chain detail on them! They are so pretty! Inkyami's can come with puffy fluffy ones or flowers - like proper or like the ones I got which is like a fabric flower. Inkyami's come in great colour ranges too! Really pretty! You won't be able to decide which one you like best!
The chain is detachable, so you can wear the inkyami without it or for washing! Nice touch!

And the last thing I got was this sweet mint green double chain necklace! So pretty right!? Just my style as I love dainty sweet jewelry! This necklace is so comfy and cute! Very sparkly in person!

I didn't buy this online! I'm really lucky as there's a store that sells Liz Lisa where I live, they don't sell much but the day I went in they had $20 off everything Liz Lisa and I'm a huge fan of cardigans, and since I didn't find on online that I liked, I bought this. It also came in pink but I preferred the beige!

Anyways... sorry for all the pictures -_-' I guess I got carried away!?
Ahahaha!
Anyways, thanks for stopping byyyyyyyeeeeeeeee!~~~

How to Order from Liz Lisa.com & Review

Hi! Hi!

So... the title is right, can actually order from the Liz Lisa website directly, and have it shipped. Anywhere in the world.

So, today I will write about it and share my experiences, since I didn't even realize you could order Liz Lisa directly on the internet since I had never heard anyone even mention it or share their experiences of the site so I decided to give it a go and share my thoughts with you all.

This is my first time ordering from this site, but not my first time ordering from Japan or online shopping if you were wondering about my online shopping history.

First things first, open Liz Lisa in Chrome.
I suggest Chrome because if you are like me, and can't read Japanese Chrome does a pretty good job of translating the page and makes it a lot easier.

If you're able to read Japanese, then view the website on any internet browser you wish. ^.^

Okay, so scroll down past the header and on the left you'll see a blue box, that says they ship internationally via tenso.com, click it and make an account, tenso can be viewed in English as well!

Tenso.com is a service that will 'lend' you a shipping address and then onship to you, anywhere in the world. Tenso.com is Japanese of course, but the good news is, the US also has a site similar to this.
Bad news is, I forget what it's called... -_-'
But this isn't about that.... let's continue with Tenso.com!

ABOUT TENSO.COM

Tenso.com's HomePage!

Make an account - it's free to have an account but to use tenso.com will cost you and they will charge you, per weight of the package.

I think the service is a little on the pricey side to be perfectly honest, even though they say it's resonable but I'm used to not paying for shipping so it may just be me. :/

The plus side, is you can pay for tenso.com many ways, including PayPal which is my preferred payment method so I like this feature. Of course, you can pay directly with your credit card as well if you like.

So making a Tenso.com account is pretty easy and it's fairly standard.
I had no problems making an account with them myself.

Once you've done that, they'll send a confirmation email and then the address you'll send too and information regarding that. Please pay attention to that information as  I'd hate for anyone to lose a package because they didn't read the whole email.

A note about Tenso.com after going through the whole process myself, you can also pay for insurance on your package, I didn't use this feature but it may interest some of you to know, that there's also that possibility.

ABOUT LIZ LISA

Liz Lisa - LINK! -  is hosted by VENT, so naturally, you'll need a VENT account, since it's in Japanese, you can use chrome or a translator to read it if you need the help, it's pretty simple, like name, birthday, email notifications etc. All that you would expect.
Note: For the name they'll want phonic so;
いちご or うさぎ
Not

Berri or Bunny.

I just translated my name with google translate, it doesn't matter if it's not right, post offices don't actually look at the name, they're only concerned about the address. ^.^

You'll need to fill in the address before shopping on Liz Lisa, so get the address Tenso.com sent you.
(tip: Make sure to translate it and you're filling about the streets and town/city right) but if you need help, you can ask me, if you want! Since I've already done it I can help I think!

It's fairly simple but if you're like me, you'll find some way to make a mistake XD anyways, it's fairly simple regardless.

Once you've filled that out correctly you can now shop Liz Lisa and fill up your basket!!

But you'll still need to pay for it.

A warning: You'll need to pay twice when using this method of buying Liz Lisa.
Once on VENT (the Liz Lisa store - for their items, as well as their own shipping fee) and then a second time on Tenso.com - for their service/shipping fee. So don't be surprised when that happens! I warned you!

About the shipping process;

(Forenote: I wrote this as the days were happening, so that's why it's kinda a little long :/)

So now that you've paid for everything or you understand what I said, you might want to know about the actual shipping process right!?

I placed the order on the 13th of August - a Monday, some time in the  late afternoon.

Well, it took only two days to get from Liz Lisa to Tenso.com's address! That's pretty fast since I ordered in the afternoon. Tenso.com will notify you when the package arrives and ask you too pay their fees then.

You've now paid everything and you're package will be sent to you.

I have to say now though, I got the email it arrived at about 2:00 PM on Wednesday (15.08.12) and I paid at about 6:00 PM since I was busy at work at the time. 6:07 PM I received an email that they were preparing to ship my package! That's fast!

On the 16th I receive an email saying it's coming and is being sent off for international shipping, I am also emailed a tracking number. Tenso.com has tracking. This has made my night. I was going to add at the bottom about how I thought the shipping cost was pricey but knowing apart of that cost is tracking I agree with the shipping cost.

It's the 20th of August and my package arrived! It took about a week or seven days to get to me, I ordered it on Monday and it arrived in exactly a week! I live in Australia if anyone wanted to know so it'll take different amounts of time for different locations, I assume. It was all packaged nicely and I'm in a box, with nothing else in it but the usual paper work.

I've already posted pictures of what I bought, and I'll link it here! I didn't want this post to be too long. So yes, that is my experience with shopping online with Liz Lisa and Tenso.com.

So basically, I give tenso and vent (Liz Lisa) a big thumbs up and will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future without hesitation since my first order went very well!

I really hope you all found it useful and easy to follow.

Update; Liz Lisa Haul is posted here!

So I'll post this first and try to find my cord and then share what I bought later! ~

I'm sure you're all curious now!!

Anyways if you have Liz Lisa hauls or reviews or anything, you can link it too me, I'd love to see what everyone has!

Nothing much~

I'm really trying to make a post at least every other day of the week!
But right now, I have nothing to really blog about sadly...

Oh wait...

Today I made an order with Liz Lisa.

Online!
I'm a little worried because obviously it's coming from Japan and since I needed to make a Japanese address and I hope everything goes alright and it arrives soon!

I bought Spring items so it's got time to get here! I was actually gonna buy the dress as a fake, but I decided to order it from the site and see if it works alright.

If it does, I will post a tutorial on how to order with the site, so hopefully we can all enjoy Liz Lisa like I know so many people do!

But if you want to do it on your own, you can, just follow the instructions, of course!

^.^

So I am going to go back to cleaning my room, not fun!
Hope you all are having a great day!

Lioele Sun Shake Lotion Review

Hi! Hi!

I'm not too sure what I'm gonna write about tonight, I just figured I would start typing and see where my mind takes me...
Oh I know!

I want to review this product!

I will have to get better at taking photos ~ patience right?!
I'm sure we're all aware of just how damaging the sun can be to our skin by now, I don't think I need to warn you all about this.

But I will tell you what drew me to this sun screen, it was PrettyandCute's store owner Janie stating it lightened her freckles! I have freckles and let me tell you, I HATE them. I have never been drawn to whitening before though, but since she said it worked, and since, I figured even if it doesn't, at least I'll have good sun screen in the mean time, right?! Well, I actually think this worked while my freckles haven't disappeared they have faded, especially on my right cheek, one day, I realized I could see significantly less.
Fantastic!

Enough about the whitening though.
This sun screen is really light, perfect to wear under make up as it's not  heavy or even oily! Not even a bit shiny, I tell you. (Although, I do have 'dry' skin) but it's also fun to shake as well!

It's got a fragrance, if you are sensitive to fragrance then be cautious but I find this really light and it doesn't bother me at all.

Um... what else can I say about this!?

Oh, it has really cute packaging as well.

The only downside is I think it's a little pricey, not super expensive mind you, but with shipping it can cost a bit, but nothing I'm unhappy with.
Link to Lioele Sun Shake Lotion

Anyways, thanks to anyone that read this, hopefully with practice I can get better at reviews!?

Yippie!

Yestyle haul~

I went and made another Yesstyle order XD
I seriously purchase from this site more than any other site! I'm not paid to say that either.

This time, I got sucked into Beauty and accessories the most, even though there were a few really cute clothes I wanted but oh well.

Canmake Candy Wrap Lip in Peach Shower - link! Omg, I love love love Canmake Candy Wrap Lip Glosses, they are amazing. They do not dry out my lips they are shiny and opaque but they do smell very plastic-y which is the only downside, I had the pink one but it's running out now, so I got this one to replace it!

Clair Beauty Big Happie Hair - link! No surprise since I already gushes about this brand but yep, I got this bump. I hate hate hate teasing my hair, and yesstyle had a promo, if you bought two things from some brands you would get a free gift since I already had something from the other brand I found this! Perfect!

"Cat Ear" Hair Band - link! Oh how cute is this!? I think some people will think this is childish but I think that it's pearl and not actually 'ears' makes it more grown up. So cute! Can not wait to wear this! This was the other thing I purchased to get the free gift!

Jill Stuart Summer Travel Kit 2012 - limited edition - link! I don't even know why I bought this. I think this was an impulse buy, a very expensive one. I once bought the Jill Stuart Valentine's Day set. And I really liked it so I guess that's what made me what this one!? I don't know what body jelly or body protector is so that'll be fun I guess XD I really like the bag though - It's suppose to be a beach bag, and a spa bag so I hope it's good quality and nice.

Jill Stuart Patisserie Collection Sugar Glitter Eyes in 02 Vanilla Sugar- link! I guess Jill Stuart has a new collection? I love glittery eyes so I'm looking forward to trying this.

Jill Stuart Patisserie Collection Custard Lip Pot in 02 Apple Custard - Link! I must like 02 from this collection -_-' Just realized now! But how cute does this look?! I hope it smells yummy!

Yesstyle also has a free make up bag when you spend over $69 so I got quite a few free gifts with this order which is awesome! As you can see I went new collection Jill Stuart mad XD
